TREKKER

Thiamethoxam is broad-spectrum systemic insecticide, that interacts through ingestion, contact or as fumigant. It affects the central nervous system by blocking nicotinic acetyl- choline receptor causing paralysis.

Lambda cyhalothrin is contact and stomach mode insecticide, that is axonic excitotoxic, so it disrupts the nervous system of the insect and hence causes rapid knock-down effect.

Trekker is a combination product consisting of Lambda cyhalothrin and Thiamethoxam, which enables it to provide a more complete cover due to its dual modes of action.

Mode of Action

Trekker has dual mode of action, that is, Lambda cyhalothrin acts an axonic excitotoxic that dis- rupts the nervous system of the insect and hence causes rapid knock-down effect. While, thiame- thoxam affects the central nervous system by blocking nicotinic acetylcholine receptor causing paralysis.

Method of Application

- Fill the spray tank 1⁄4 with water, then add the required quantity of product.
- Apply within a few hours after mixing.
- Wet the whole plant thoroughly but avoid run-off and spray drift to non-target sites.
- Please read the instructions given on label and booklet for best application procedures.

Safety recommendations

- Do not use cooking utensils for preparing the spray solution. - Do not spray if the rains are expected.
- Do not enter the application area within 24 hrs of application. - Do not use empty packaging for any other purposes.
- Treat only when there is little or no wind.
